Global Technology Analyst - Industrial Attachment (Business Analyst)

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Penultimate year Undergraduate/Master’s student with outstanding academic achievement
  • Major in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline
  • Show a keen interest and passion in delivering technology solutions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with change and adjusting to changing demands and requirements
  • Strong team player
  • Desirable technical skills include knowledge/experience of:
    • Relational databases such as Oracle, Sybase, SqlServer, Access etc.
    • Reporting and Analytics tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.
    • Programming languages such as Python and VBA

The Technology Analyst - Industrial Attachment Program offers business analyst roles in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) and Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Technology division. GPS offers Cash Management, Liquidity, Receivables, Trade Finance, Credit & Loans, FX, etc. as product offerings to our clients in the region and globally.

 

What You’ll Do

Key tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
  • Working closely with the development team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team
  • Document processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Create and maintain training materials for end-users
  • Individuals in this role possess a foundational understanding of the business/technical domain based on their specialization

 

Program Overview

The Technology Analyst - Industrial Attachment is a 6-month program (Jan - Jun 2025) that provides you with a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. Here at Bank of America, our focus is on providing our clients with innovative, safe, and secure solutions by leveraging the most advanced technology tools coupled with the creativity of our technology teams.  The Industrial Attachment begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. Industrial Attachment interns are given a true associate experience.

Although the role you take on may vary, interns will have the opportunity for robust learning through trainings, professional development, networking events, volunteer activities, speaker series, and more! During your 6-month internship with Bank of America, you’ll strengthen your key skills and competencies to help jump start your career and make a real impact on our business from day one.
