Our products and services improve our clients cash management, including: bank accounts, money transfers and collection services, investment facilities, interest bearing account, money market deposits, financing facilities and deposit and withdrawal facilities.

Global Transaction Services in Bank of America deals with large local corporate and financial institutions in India and provides them solutions for their treasury management and trade services requirements.

At Global Treasury Solutions, you will be part of the prestigious Treasury Management Analyst Program (TMAP) which has a long history of churning out top leaders at Bank of America. After an 18 month in-country with the Sales (covering MNCs & Large Indian Corporate and Financial Institutions) and Product teams, you will work alongside some of the finest talent in one of these departments. 

You will also be a part of a 2 week Global Training Program in New York City along with your peers, who will be joining Bank of America in 2019, from across the world.

What are the responsibilities of a Treasury Solutions Analyst?

• Prepare presentation and other materials to support delivery of proposals to clients/ prospective clients
• Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Participate in meetings/calls with clients and follow up any action points where required
• Project planning and coordination
• Create various client or internal documents, materials, reports and data inventories as required
• Learn from, and work with, teams across the business, including senior managers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe
• Take part in client / prospective client visits to grow and win new business. Prepare - and eventually deliver - proposals and presentations to clients
• Ensure an effective hand over process to the Bank's implementation team when new business is won, maintaining contact through the process to ensure the client's needs are met
• Have the drive and tenacity to follow up client queries with the necessary administration to achieve efficient client service
• Responsible for identifying potential solutions to client needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis and identification under the direction of supervisor/ manager. 
• Performing due diligence / KYC processes on new as well as existing clients of the bank. 
• Be responsible for tracking and monitoring of the KYC compliance record for the sales team, including actively assisting in its preparation. 

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant – May 2019 Pass out
• Outstanding academic achievement

Skills Required

• Excellent analytical, sales, communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Basic Treasury and working capital management knowledge as well as entry level credit knowledge, including knowledge of commercial banking, trade, foreign exchange and cash management
• Ability to prioritize workload while multi-tasking, attention to detail and accuracy in work completed are all key qualities, In addition you'll need to demonstrate drive, innovation and a genuine interest in banking industry
• Ability to apply advanced oral and written communication skills to create a positive impression and professional rapport
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
• A strong contributor who drives for results with professionalism, integrity and commitment to the highest standards of ethical behavior
• Fluency in English is essential, appropriate local language skills may also be required for some roles

Where will I based during the Treasury Management Analyst Program?

TMAPs will be based in Mumbai. However, based on requirements of the project they may have to travel to other locations within India.
