Job Description & Program Overview

Our Corporate Treasury Analyst program offers you the opportunity to work with the business and senior treasury management to understand and develop liquidity stress testing.

Corporate Treasury is a central function with enterprise-wide impact. The goal of Corporate Treasury is to optimize shareholder value by providing world-class management of liquidity, funding and interest rate risk. It is also responsible for creating a state-of-the-art framework for managing the trade-offs between risk and return, and for training and exporting Enterprise leaders.

Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.

 

As an analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Work with the business and senior treasury management to understand and develop liquidity stress testing
  • Input into monthly presentations for Board of Directors, Risk Committees, Enterprise and local regulators
  • Support ad hoc projects to meet evolving internal and regulatory requirements, such as Basel III
  • Participate in daily reviews of business cash movements, key liquidity risk drivers, stress testing results, transactions pipeline and business forecasts, in order to manage internal and regulatory liquidity requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Candidates are required to be a recent graduate or in their final year of study pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong A-Level grades and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) in any degree discipline
  • Fluency in English is essential for all roles and a second language may be advantageous
  • Team-working leadership and problem solving skills are key qualities along with the proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with a variety of people
  • Communicates with Impact: Influences decisions and outcomes through effective communication
  • Has a drive for operational excellence and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
  • Applies critical thinking
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethics by earning other’s trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions
