Job Description & Programme Overview

On the Treasury Management Analyst Programme, you will have broad exposure to the GTS organization rotating through our Product and Sales functions. You will also have the opportunity to participate in cross functional projects allowing you maximum exposure to GTS. You will be provided with on-the-job training focused on technical, analytical, and professional skills that will provide you with a strong platform to launch your career. In addition, you will also be able to participate in educational events and receive mentorship throughout.

Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.

As a TMAP, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Work with different product sets including cash management, liquidity, payments, foreign exchange, commercial card, trade and supply chain finance
• Understand the end to end business, from product development through to selling the solution to clients
• Ensure an effective hand over process to the Bank’s implementation team when new business is won, maintaining contact through the process to ensure client’s needs are met
• Attend client / prospective client visits to grow and win new business
• Participate in creating bespoke treasury solutions for clients
• Prepare and eventually deliver proposals and presentations

Qualifications

• Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between 2019 and 2020
• On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• A genuine interest in Global Transaction Services and innovation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Integrity and professionalism in all interactions
