Job Description & Program Overview

Our Business:

Global Operations (GO) delivers integrated operations solutions for all lines of business, staff support areas and the broader enterprise, including operations teams in our global regions. Globally, GO manages the critical systems and multiple platforms needed to maintain the enterprise's market-leading positions in key segments, including deposits, payment products, consumer lending, wealth management, small business and middle-market lending, treasury services, investment banking, and sales and trading.

Our Global Operations Development Program is a 10 week internship designed to provide you with a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities and current business needs. This program is open to candidates who are pursuing an MBA degree. You will be involved in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, influencing, leadership of processes and/or projects that will drive results and demonstrate Bank of America's vision and culture.

Program Overview

During the Global Operations Summer Associate Program, your responsibilities will vary based on your location, job profile and team assignment.

Although the role you take on may vary, every intern will have the opportunity for robust learning through additional trainings, professional development and networking events, volunteer activities, speaker series, and more! During your 10-weeks with Bank of America you'll strengthen your key skills and competencies to help jump start your career and make a real impact on our business from day one.

Required Skills:

  • Must be pursuing an MBA degree from an accredited college or university
  • Graduation date between December 2024 - June 2025
  • Work experience 3-5 years
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA preferred

Training:

Participants receive an orientation to Bank of America with overviews on the history, culture, business organizations, and program structure. Participants also participate in on-the-job training, a learning curriculum, executive speakers and events.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an MBA from an college or university with a graduation between Dec 2023 and June 2024 (3.2 minimum GPA preferred)
  • Has 3-5 years pre-MBA work experience with a demonstrated record of achievement
