Global Corporate Banking focuses on building long-term relationships with large and multinational corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors. Corporate

Banking is defined as those products and services that relate to the lending activities between a bank and its clients, from a simple loan to a highly sophisticated structured finance transaction with many different banks or syndicates involved in the transaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the process of improving the capital and debt structure of the largest Latin American corporations and financial institutions through bond offerings, liability managements and bilateral/syndicated loans;
  • Prepare pitch books, meeting materials, ad-hoc research reports and other client presentations;
  • Development of reports and controls relevant to the Corporate Banking team’s transactions;
  • Prepare analysis for periodic reviews of clients (credit, financial, risk analysis);
  • Perform due diligence and know-your-client activities;
  • Support the client relationship managers with day-to-day responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related courses; with up to 2 years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or related fields;
  • Fluent English is mandatory;
  • Solid MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • Team work, proactive, organized and strong attention to details
