Global Corporate Banking focuses on building long-term relationships with large and multinational corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors. Corporate
Banking is defined as those products and services that relate to the lending activities between a bank and its clients, from a simple loan to a highly sophisticated structured finance transaction with many different banks or syndicates involved in the transaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the process of improving the capital and debt structure of the largest Latin American corporations and financial institutions through bond offerings, liability managements and bilateral/syndicated loans;
- Prepare pitch books, meeting materials, ad-hoc research reports and other client presentations;
- Development of reports and controls relevant to the Corporate Banking team’s transactions;
- Prepare analysis for periodic reviews of clients (credit, financial, risk analysis);
- Perform due diligence and know-your-client activities;
- Support the client relationship managers with day-to-day responsibilities.
Who are we looking for?
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related courses; with up to 2 years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or related fields;
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- Solid MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Team work, proactive, organized and strong attention to details
