Job Description & Program Overview

Our program includes formal training and direct placement in the Subscription Finance Group (SFG). Subscription Finance specifically provides funding/financing solutions to many of the world’s leading asset managers. As a summer analyst your responsibilities may include:

  • Drafting client proposals, transaction summaries, due diligence summaries, credit approval reports and other documents as part of the transaction approval process
  • Engaging with business partners and other members of the client team, as necessary, to facilitate various aspects of the transaction management process
  • Participation in on-site client due diligence visits, as necessary
  • Generation of detailed collateral analysis
  • Monitoring and highlighting key performance trends related to the collateral, clients, and the industry
  • Maintaining transaction pricing, return and cash flow models, as well as portfolio surveillance files
  • Gain exposure providing financing to funds that invest in a broad range of asset classes such as real estate, private equity, and healthcare royalties

Qualifications

  • Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between December 2024 and June 2025
  • 3.2 minimum GPA preferred
  • Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, and strong written and oral communications skills
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage several projects at once
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • Other desired characteristics include: integrity, attention to detail, assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
  • Strong interest in global financial markets and keen interest in complex structures are preferred
  • Mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming background a plus
