At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection. We do this by driving Responsible Growth and delivering for our clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders every day.
Being a Great Place to Work is core to how we drive Responsible Growth. This includes our commitment to being an inclusive workplace, attracting and developing exceptional talent, supporting our teammates’ physical, emotional, and financial wellness, recognizing, and rewarding performance, and how we make an impact in the communities we serve.
Curious about the world of Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Global Markets?
Bank of America will be hosting an exclusive event on 6 March 2026 for students to meet with business professionals from our Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) and Global Markets (GM) divisions. It’s a great opportunity for students especially those from a non-finance background to get to know the teams better, receive first-hand advice and ask all the questions you want surrounding our recruitment process - no prior banking & finance experience needed for this event.
The event will begin with a presentation showcasing our GCIB and GM teams, followed by interactive exercises and a networking session that offers plenty of opportunities to connect with our business representatives.
To be eligible for this event, candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe (i.e. completed academic studies) between January 2028 to July 2028.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including a diverse range of degree disciplines. We encourage you to submit an application if you are interested to learn more Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking and Global Markets.
To attend this event, simply complete the application form and attach a copy of your CV and cover letter by 23:55 Tuesday 17th February 2026. We will then be in touch with you to confirm if your application was successful and share further details.
