- 2 applications in total to APAC programs
- 2 applications in total to LATAM programs
- EMEA applicants are limited to 1 application per recruitment season. Once your application has been submitted, you will be unable to apply to any additional EMEA programs.

The Bank of America HBCU Women Ready to Lead Scholarship supports our company’s commitment to recognizing top talent and increasing diverse representation within financial services by awarding high-achieving candidates with an opportunity to excel in the classroom and as members of our team.
We are extending an opportunity to be selected for (1) a merit-based scholarship and (2) an opportunity to interview for a 2022 summer internship. Freshmen (tech students only), sophomores, and junior women that registered for the HBCU Women Ready to Lead Summit are invited to apply. You must apply for at least 1 campus internship program for consideration.
Applicants will be able to express interest in our Global Banking and Markets, Consumer and Wealth Management, Global Technology and Operations, or Corporate Function career paths. Scholarship recipients will receive up to $15,000 paid directly to their schools to cover tuition costs.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible but no later than September 30, 2021 at 11:55 p.m. Eastern.
