An Insight into Global Transaction Services (GTS) Spring Insight Opportunities | Virtual Event

Global Transaction Services Program

Are you looking to work within an interactive and progressive team, and to start a career that involves:

  • Early client engagement with a consultative approach,
  • Responsibility for your product line with a sense of ownership, and
  • Developing innovations by working with the latest payment technology?

If yes, then Global Transaction Services is for you.

Bank of America Global Transaction Services (GTS) is a leading provider for treasury and cash management solutions. We serve more than 100,000 clients globally, spanning across all segments and industries, from middle-market businesses to the world’s largest corporate and financial institutions. We leverage innovative technology to enable our clients to manage their operational finance needs for day-to-day business activities, in the most efficient way. So that our clients can access to their working capital when they need it, where they need it, and how they need it.

We are looking for entrepreneurial, technology-passionate, and client-focused individuals to join us for our spring week insight programme, 10-week summer analyst programme, and 18-month graduate analyst programmes in GTS.

We appreciate that university can be very busy! To help you make a decision on what programme to apply and offer you a better understanding of GTS business, we welcome students across all disciplines and backgrounds (you can be in STEM, Arts, Social Science, Business School, or any disciplines) to join us for an informative session to get to know more about what GTS does, how are we structured, and what’s the day-to-day like for a role in Sales and Product Management.

These virtual sessions will be taking place on the following dates to accommodate different schedules of students across different academic years and regions:

  • 20th September, 11th October, 25th October for students across all academic years
  • 8th November for students eligible for Spring week programme only

Please note, our recruitment process is on a rolling basis once our job applications are open. These informative sessions are designed to give you more information about GTS, and an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have, prior to your application submission. Assessments often begin before the job application deadline (please check on respective job posting via BofA portal for the deadlines), so it’s best to attend these sessions early, and therefore submit your application early as this will give you the best chance of being considered for the role.

Webex - a joining link will be sent upon confirmation of invitation.
