As an analyst within HR:

You will support our recruitment efforts across Africa and campus activities which will involve working with Universities, students and third party vendors in the region. This includes:

  • Responsibility for the student ambassador and mentoring programme
  • Executing attraction and interview trips to West Africa
  • Supporting the business areas who hire across campus programmes. 
  • Supporting students through their application process and offered candidates through their onboarding processes.
  • Working with the wider HR team to deliver engaging intern and insight programmes.
  • Supporting the creation of attraction and hiring strategies
  • Building relationships across HR and the lines of business to ensure stakeholders are aware and involved in key activity.
  • Collaborating on projects across HR that contribute our key people strategies and initiatives
  • Providing support to projects and initiatives across the wider HR team including in Diversity & Inclusion and Learning and Leadership development

 

Qualifications

  • Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation timeframe between June 2021 and June 2022
  • On track for a minimum of a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) from any degree discipline with a demonstrated keen interest in human resources/people initiatives
  • Candidates must have an understanding of the education system in West Africa and how Universities operate. Furthermore they must have a cultural understanding of this region and knowledge of the local infrastructure
  • Enthusiasm, a desire to learn and an interest in people
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Organisation skills and attention to detail 
  • Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
