2022 Scholarship of Distinction

The Bank of America Diversity Scholarship of Distinction supports our commitment to recognizing top campus talent and awards high achieving candidates from historically underrepresented groups the opportunity to excel in the classroom and within the financial services industry.

This targeted initiative is for women, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, LGBT+, military veterans, and students with disabilities to learn more about the financial services industry and to begin an exciting career with us.

After applying, eligible candidates will be asked to complete a HireVue submission so that we can learn more about your accomplishments and career ambitions. You will also have the opportunity to select which campus programs you are most interested in. You can learn more about the programs we hire for at campus.bankofamerica.com.

Finalists will be invited to participate in final round interviews for a 2022 internship program. Successful candidates will receive both a paid offer to join our team in 2022 and a scholarship award.

Scholarships are awarded on two payments, totaling up to $15,000: (1) $7,500 for receiving/accepting an internship offer, and (2) $7,500 for receiving/accepting a return offer at the conclusion of the internship. Awards are made payable directly to your college or university to cover the cost of tuition.
