Job Description & Program Overview


Our Global Transaction Services (GTS) business provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to small businesses, middle market companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.

 

Our summer analyst program emphasizes on-the-job training augmented by classroom instruction focused on technical, analytical and professional skills. Your training and development is our top priority with formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.

 

Upon completion of the summer analyst program, you will:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the Treasury Management industry, both domestic and international, and clearly articulate client needs
  • Possess knowledge of key product set, including common variations, their applicability, and their profitability
  • Comprehend the importance of how the role of transaction banking integrates with the entire bank
  • Exhibit knowledge of sales analytics, pricing models and product markets across the Treasury franchise
  • Understand how a deal moves through the sales process, starting with client prospecting and ending with the execution and implementation of the deal

 

Qualifications

  • Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between December 2019 and June 2020
  • Must demonstrate a track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
  • 3.2 and above GPA preferred
  • Must have a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
  • Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communications skills
  • Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
  • Dedication to building a career in the Global Transaction Services industry
