This multi-day forum provides sophomores with specific interest in Banking and Markets with the opportunity to participate in business-specific skill-building sessions and case studies. As part of the application, students will be prompted to confirm their area(s) of interest in the following areas: Banking (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking) and Markets (Sales & Trading, Research). During the forum, students will participate in deep-dive learning sessions on the inner workings of that business. On the second day, on-site interviews will take place for our upcoming 2021 summer internship programs.

Qualifications: Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between December 2021 and June 2022. Students with accepted Summer Analyst 2020 internship offers at Bank of America are not eligible to apply.
