This one-and-a-half day forum offers students a unique insight into how they can use their degree, experiences and skills to enter a career that offers opportunities to make a global influence for our clients and communities. Whether you are in the early stages of exploring opportunities or you have decided on a potential career path, the Bank of America Spring Diversity & Inclusion: Diverse Abilities Forum provides freshman and sophomore students with disabilities the opportunity to learn about the financial services industry, dive deep into specific business areas, develop relationships with professionals, and prepare for the 2021 recruiting process.
Qualifications: Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between December 2021 and June 2023. Students with accepted Summer Analyst 2020 internship offers at Bank of America are not eligible to apply.
